Equipped with red light positioning and automatic air blowing laser head, it automatically blows air to cool the workpiece during processing. Red light positioning makes it easier to check the processing position to ensure accurate processing.

Use sealed CO2 glass laser tube, optional Yongli, Reci, EFR carbon dioxide laser tube, with fine spots and strong penetration, service life up to more than 10,000 hours.

The TL5269 control system features 9 axes, independent control of 6 laser heads, interactive motion of 3 heads in a single beam, asynchronous dual-beam operation, and automatic feeding. It is equipped with a 7-inch TFT LCD touch screen, a 32-bit high-speed DSP, and a USB 2.0 high-speed interface.

The stainless steel mesh belt workbench is ideal for displaying textile products. It features two horizontal beams, each with two laser heads mounted on it. The laser heads on different beams can work in tandem, allowing all four laser heads to perform four identical tasks simultaneously.

The S&A water circulation cooling system ensures stable cooling performance and effectively extends the service life of the laser tube, ensuring that the laser tube is always at the optimal operating temperature and can achieve 24-hour continuous operation.

The CCD visual positioning system can use the camera to automatically identify the pre-printed pattern and automatically identify the edge of the pattern for cutting, which is easy to use.

The transmission system utilizes a synchronous belt drive, which features high toughness and elasticity, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, and shock and vibration mitigation.

In a mesh belt conveyor, the fabric is placed on a conveyor belt and moves along it. A brush roller is installed at the end of the conveyor belt to remove waste and debris generated during processing.

The II-VI focusing lens imported from the United States uses a double-sided coating process, with a light transmittance of 99.8%, high temperature resistance, strong anti-laser performance, and longer service life.

An optional coil feeding device is available, in which coils can be placed and automatically fed during processing.
