It uses a 9KW air-cooled automatic tool changer spindle and a 5+4 vertical drilling device. The drilling device is equipped with 9 vertical drill bits, and the automatic tool changer can automatically change tools during the machining process without manual intervention, meeting various machining needs.

The 12-tool disc-type automatic tool changer uses ISO30 tool holders and ER32 tool clips. It can hold 12 different tools at a time and automatically switch between them according to the machining requirements. There is no need to manually stop the machine to change tools, saving tool change time and improving machining efficiency.

The spindle supports ±90° oscillation, easily achieving processes that traditional three-axis CNC machines cannot complete, such as slanted holes, bevel cutting, curved surface cutting, curved surface engraving, and irregularly shaped borders, thus expanding the machine's processing range.

The automatic labeling system automatically reads data such as order numbers and barcodes, accurately prints and pastes them onto the surface of unprocessed boards, enabling traceability and management of the boards, facilitating rapid order location, and reducing management costs.

Equipped with a 5+4 vertical drilling kit, it can carry 9 different sizes of drill bits at once. Each of the 9 drill bits is
equipped with an independent pneumatic control unit. During processing, the CNC system drives the pneumatic structure of the drilling kit to accurately match the drill bits, improving drilling efficiency.

The labeling device is raised and lowered using a high-precision guide cylinder telescopic control, ensuring label application with a repeatability accuracy of ±0.1mm. Each labeling cycle takes only 0.3 seconds, effectively increasing labeling speed and improving processing efficiency.

The Taiwan Baoyuan CNC system boasts comprehensive functions, a simple interface, compatibility with various CAD/CAM software, support for various G-code file formats, machining path preview, handwheel simulation operation, breakpoint resume carving, and other advanced features to meet diverse user needs.

It adopts 6 sets of Leadshine bus absolute servo motors and uses EtherCAT bus technology. It does not require zeroing upon startup, resulting in faster response speed and higher machining accuracy.

The dual-bar pneumatic pressure roller, pneumatically controlled, allows for precise pressure adjustment via a pressure regulating valve.Working in conjunction with a vacuum adsorption worktable, it ensures the sheet material remains in constant contact with the worktable during processing,providing a stable reference point for processing.

The vacuum adsorption block, used in conjunction with the vacuum adsorption platform, aligns the suction cup with the vacuum adsorption hole, increasing the height of the material and avoiding interference from the worktable, thus facilitating the processing of the sides of the material by the four-axis swing head.
