Four disc milling cutters made of high-strength alloy are used, each equipped with eight cup-shaped inserts. Using a disposable insert design, the inserts can be removed and replaced as they become worn, eliminating the need to replace the entire tool, simplifying maintenance.
CATEK CNC's proprietary four-axis control system supports switching between Chinese and English interfaces, supports advanced features such as handwheel simulation and fault alarms, is compatible with various CAD/CAM software, uses standard G-code, and features an optimized interface for easy operation, making it easy for even CNC novices to quickly master the process.
Constructed from gray cast iron, the exterior is gantry milled, and the interior bore is machined using a high-precision boring machine. Each shaft incorporates four high-strength bearings, ensuring stable speed and low operating noise. A four-jaw chuck effectively clamps wood.
Cast entirely of gray cast iron, each axis is equipped with a Morse No. 5 rotary thimble and a standard-stroke cylinder. Each axis can be independently controlled, simplifying workpiece securing and facilitating ease of use.
The central automatic lubrication and oiling maintenance system regularly lubricates all transmission parts of the machine, preventing untimely manual lubrication.
The external four-axis pulse handwheel allows for free manual positioning of the X, Z, and A axes, allowing for free adjustment of movement and convenient tool calibration.
The 4KW high-speed, high-torque servo motor offers adjustable speed and can be used to adjust the position mode and rotation angle according to processing requirements. The angle can be controlled to within 0.01°, making it easy to use.
The machine utilizes a CATEK CNC-developed 1500W pure servo motor and a Japan-based Shinpo planetary reducer on the Z-axis. It boasts a traverse speed of up to 60 m/min, a wide and smooth speed regulation range, stable torque output, and high positioning accuracy.
Equipped with a fully enclosed accordion-style protective cover, it effectively isolates wood chips generated during processing and prevents waste residue from entering the drive system, extending the machine's service life.
Flame-retardant, high-strength drag chains prevent direct cable contact with machine tool rails and frames, reducing cable wear and entanglement. They also isolate cables from harsh environmental influences such as oil, debris, and more, allowing for quick cable tracing during maintenance.
