One machine is equipped with a 4.5KW high-speed air-cooled spindle and a V-shaped double-edged carbide turning tool, which can meet the needs of various processing techniques such as wood turning, flat carving, 3D carving, grooving, and milling. It can achieve multiple uses in one machine and complete the entire process without changing machines, which can save space, reduce costs and improve efficiency.

The Ruizhi Tianhong DSP four-axis handheld controller supports four-axis linkage, spindle speed adjustment, feed rate adjustment, program start/stop, error alarms, and other operations. It features industrial-grade protection and a wired handheld design, offering flexible operation, precise response, strong anti-interference performance, and offline independent debugging without computer connection, making it convenient to use.

Using four Leadshine 750W servo motors in conjunction with Japanese Shinpo planetary gear reducers, the machine offers precise positioning, fast response, and adaptability to various harsh working conditions, providing accurate, reliable, and efficient operation.

The fourth rotary axis uses a 4KW high-power servo spindle, which is powerful and supports switching between speed and position modes. In speed mode, the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily from 0 to 6000 RPM to meet the needs of heavy-duty turning. In position mode, the rotation angle can be precisely controlled, easily completing complex three-dimensional machining such as 3D engraving, grooving, and milling.

The machine features a heavy-duty, thickened bed base, constructed entirely from thickened steel pipes. After annealing and vibration aging treatments to completely eliminate internal stress, it is finally precision-machined using a large five-axis gantry milling machine. This results in a robust, non-deformable structure with extremely high installation precision, providing a solid and reliable foundation for the machine's high-speed and stable operation.

The use of cast iron vertical support brackets and heavy-duty gantry beam structure results in greater overall rigidity and more stable operation. All mounting contact surfaces, guide rails, and rack mounting surfaces are precision milled by a five-axis gantry milling machine, ensuring higher assembly accuracy and tighter fit.

The fourth rotary axis uses a double-ended top structure with pneumatic ejector pins, enabling quick clamping and precise positioning. It can flexibly clamp various types of workpieces. When used with a 4KW Weichuang servo spindle, it can meet the needs of wood turning, 3D engraving, and three-dimensional milling, among other multi-functional machining operations.

The worktable uses an aluminum alloy T-slot, which is lightweight yet sturdy and durable. The surface is covered with a hard PVC protective layer for wear resistance. The T-slot allows for flexible clamping, firmly securing materials of various shapes and sizes without the need for complex fixtures. It is easy to use and provides stable positioning.

The all-cast iron spindle box features built-in high-quality bearings and a four-jaw chuck for securing the workpiece. This effectively clamps the wood and prevents the raw material from slipping during processing, thus ensuring optimal machining results.

The all-cast iron tailstock, equipped with a Morse taper rotary ejector and a standard stroke cylinder, can quickly clamp various cylindrical, square, and irregularly shaped workpieces with a single click, making it easier to secure wood and more convenient to use.
