The two saw blades, large and small, can be raised and lowered independently, installed vertically, with precise verticality, and equipped with a nut locking device. They are easy to assemble and do not require adjustment. They can be installed and used immediately. The two saw blades can cut simultaneously to ensure accuracy and no edge collapse of the plate, ensuring a smooth and neat processing effect.

The operating platform can be freely moved with an intelligent PC system (touch screen is optional), and is easy to operate. It has complete operating instructions and troubleshooting guides. It can edit and manage sawing plans, edit and manage cutting tasks, and simulate sawing.

The machine features an advanced pneumatic, automatic, two-finger gripper controlled by an intelligent system. This ensures accurate sawing without damaging the workpiece surface. Controlled by a separate pneumatic cylinder, it provides a more powerful grip and is suitable for panels of various sizes.

Equipped with a movable air-floating loading platform and a 3kW high-pressure air-cooled vacuum pump, this prevents scratches on the wood panels and reduces labor. The panels are more evenly loaded, making loading easier.

The loading platform is equipped with a high-precision straightedge, which ensures the perpendicularity of the board and saw blade, making board loading more convenient.

It uses an independent 1500w high-torque servo motor drive and is equipped with a gear reducer to make the machine run more stable and have a longer service life.

The plate pulley frame is located at the rear of the machine. When the machine is working, the plate is clamped by the clamp and pushed through the plate frame for precision cutting. The plate frame is equipped with pulleys to improve the cutting efficiency.

A normally closed guardrail is installed behind the machine to prevent workers from entering the working area during machine operation, ensuring the safety of workers.

Equipped with a saw blade quick loading and unloading device, the saw blade can be replaced more quickly, saving the time wasted in saw blade replacement, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.

The mounted saw uses a high-precision helical rack and pinion transmission, controlled by a servo motor, for greater positioning accuracy and more precise cutting.
