The machine uses a 3.5kW high-speed air-cooled spindle, capable of handling arc milling cutters or multi-blade saw blades. Operating at 18,000 rpm, it can mill a variety of slender products at high speed, achieving high precision, a high finish, and improved efficiency.

The adjustable hopper can be adjusted to the length and diameter of the wood, holding multiple logs at once. The machine automatically feeds the logs during processing, eliminating the need for manual intervention. Equipped with a limit sensor, the machine automatically pauses when all logs have been processed, ensuring safe operation.

The external four-axis pulse handwheel can adjust the XYZA axis freely, making tool calibration more convenient.

CK-1000TC multi-function CNC system, English operation interface, friendly interface display, simple operation, novices can easily get started, support various CAD/CAM type software, use G code to run, support DXF/NC/TXT/DBP and other formats.
