The 5.5kW water-cooled automatic tool-changing spindle requires only simple setup during machining.The machine automatically switches the tool required for each machining step, eliminating the need for manual tool changes and enabling all steps to be completed in a single operation.This meets diverse product processing needs.

The linear automatic tool changer uses BT30 toolholders and ER32 toolholders.It can hold any toolholder within 20mm and can accommodate six different tools of various types at once, automatically changing tools according to different process requirements.

The automatic tool setter automatically calibrates tool height after the tool change is complete, eliminating the need for manual calibration and increasing efficiency.

The Taiwan LNC numerical control system features an industrial-grade display, can read G-code drawings via USB, and is compatible with various formats such as NC, TAP, and TXT. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to use and control.

The machine is equipped with a quick-release mechanism for BT toolholders. Simply place the toolholder onto the mechanism and use a wrench to easily remove it, making tool replacement even more convenient.

The central automatic lubrication and oiling maintenance system regularly lubricates all transmission parts of the machine, preventing untimely manual lubrication.

The vacuum adsorption workbench is equipped with a high-power vacuum pump that can be turned on and off with one button. It features four zones that can be freely controlled according to the size of the plate, eliminating the need for manual fixing and providing greater convenience.

Equipped with a wireless mouse and keyboard, it's much easier to use than a wired mouse and keyboard. It also effectively isolates electromagnetic interference, preventing machine malfunctions and making operation much simpler.

High-strength tank drag chains effectively protect cables from damage, extend the life of the machine, and ensure more stable operation.

The wireless pulse handwheel controls the X, Y, and Z axes manually. Each axis can be freely adjusted and moved, making tool calibration more convenient.
