The Raytools autofocus laser head features flexible scale adjustment for a consistent zero focus position, eliminating the hassle of adjusting process parameters. The efficient water-cooled focusing lens and collimating lens have built-in cooling, effectively eliminating heat generation during cutting.

The Raycus fiber laser generator utilizes a modular design, featuring a highly integrated internal laser unit and adjustable laser power. It can output a high-quality laser beam suitable for various precision cutting applications. Lasers such as Max, Hotspur, and Caplin are available.

This machine features a fully automatic rotary axis designed specifically for large-diameter metal tubes, capable of gripping round and square tubes with diameters ranging from 20 to 300 mm. It also features indexed rotation for pattern cutting and supports avoidance cutting.

The rear pneumatic chuck securely grips most pipe diameters and shapes and can be moved back and forth to feed the pipe.

The S&A water chiller controls the circulating water temperature to ensure the laser is always in optimal condition. It also provides real-time monitoring of water temperature and pressure and is equipped with casters for easy relocation.

The floating pipe support supports pipes of varying diameters, ensuring stability during cutting, reducing vibration, and improving cutting accuracy and quality.

The bus servo controller is used, which has the advantages of high real-time performance, strong anti-interference ability, and good scalability.

The Cypcut laser control system, coupled with an external wireless controller, supports advanced features such as workpiece edge detection, autofocus control, dual shuttles, breakpoint positioning, QR code generation, and residual material separation. It offers easy operation and stable operation, providing precise cutting processes and high-quality cutting results.

An optional unloading platform is available that can be raised, lowered, and tilted. Once the pipe is processed, the platform rises to catch the falling pipe and then descends. When the platform reaches its lowest point, it tilts, allowing the pipe to fall into an adjacent material collection device.

The automatic central lubrication and maintenance system automatically and regularly lubricates the machine's transmission system, eliminating the need for manual lubrication and preventing untimely lubrication. This extends the machine's service life and ensures machine accuracy.
