Using 9KW air-cooled automatic tool-changing spindle, only simple settings are required during processing. The machine automatically switches the tools required for each process of processing the workpiece. No manual tool change is required. All processes can be completed in one processing, meeting the processing needs of diverse products.

The linear automatic tool change magazine uses ISO30 tool holders and ER32 tool clamps. It can clamp any tool holder within 20MM and can install 12 different types of tools at one time. It can automatically change tools according to different processes during processing.

The vacuum adsorption workbench has 26 partitions, 35 holes, and is equipped with an 11KW high-power vacuum pump. It has its own negative pressure gauge, which can be used to observe the negative pressure of the machine and control the vacuum pump to open and close with one button. After placing the plate, it can be turned on with one button without manual fixation.

Each vacuum adsorption workbench partition can be independently controlled on and off. Whether processing large or small-sized plates, they can be firmly fixed on the workbench, making it more convenient to use.

1500W bus absolute value servo drive, stronger anti-interference ability, high torque 11KW inverter, high-quality electrical components to ensure the stability of machine operation.

High-precision Taiwan Hiwin 30 linear square rails/linear bearings, smooth movement, ensuring processing accuracy and speed.

Taiwan LNC numerical control system is equipped with an industrial-grade display screen. It can read G-code drawings via USB and is compatible with various formats such as NC/TAP/TXT. The operation interface is intuitive and the control is more convenient.

The fully automatic electric timed lubrication oil pot automatically lubricates the transmission parts of the machine to prevent manual lubrication from being insufficient.

High-precision helical rack/gear, more accurate positioning in high-speed operation, idling speed up to 60000MM/MIN, simple maintenance and easy to use.
